After payment, we send a confirmation email to the registered participant’s email within 24 hours after payment.
The exchange and return policy does not apply to the Recy-Plastech 2025 event, as the product sold is online tickets for the Congress. However, it is possible to request a refund for the ticket price or participant substitution, following the Refund Policy.
If you have changed your mind about purchasing the ticket, you can request a full refund within 7 days from the date of payment by sending an email to plasticos@markeplan.com.br, including your full name, type of ticket, and reason for cancellation.
Up to 30 days before the event, it is possible to receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid. After that, there is no possibility of a refund, only participant substitution.
